Good news from the UK. Our transformation project for the Warmbächli housing cooperative on Güterstrasse in Bern won a RIBA International Award for Excellence and joins a group of fantastic projects from around the world. This year’s selection demonstrates the wide range of contributions architecture can make when responding to the pressing issues of our time. And it seems we’ve gained some high-profile support in our efforts to show that existing structures can do more than just serve the building materials market or the recycling cycle. #keepingwhatsgood everyone, and many thanks to all the adventurers and trailblazers among planners, construction workers, and clients!
